our primary concern and is guaranteed. If for any reason you decide to
return a game please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. To ensure a prompt refund please follow the following
guidelines:
1-Send an e-mail to
returns@playitagaingames.com.
2-In your e-mail tell us the title of the game you would like to return.
3-Include a description of why you are returning the game.
4-Wait for our response before shipping it back.
5-Our response will include all of the instructions you need to quickly
receive a refund.
Shipping charges are
not refundable and it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the returned
game back to us at their expense via the method of their choice.
Returned games must
arrive back to us in the same condition that they left in order to be eligible
for a refund.
Once we receive the
game and it is in the same condition that it left us in, a refund will be
issued. Refunds are for the cost of the game minus shipping charges and
are issued in the same manner in which they were received.
Sealed games which have
been opened cannot be returned.
If we make an error which
is so grossly inaccurate that it results in you wanting to return a game, we
will refund your original shipping charges and pay for shipping of the game
back to us.
